One of them is the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Park One Member Limited Liability Company.

Accordingly, implementing the direction of Kim Lien Ward Trade Union on strengthening dialogue, negotiation and building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Park One Member Limited Liability Company coordinated with employers to organize the signing of the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement.

The 2026 Collective Labor Agreement has added 3 more practical and beneficial contents for workers.

In which, there is content to improve the quality of lunch meals, contributing to ensuring health, regenerating labor capacity and improving the quality of life of union members and workers.

Supplementing bonus policies based on production and business efficiency, creating motivation for employees to promote the spirit of responsibility, improve productivity, quality and work efficiency, and share the development achievements of enterprises.

Supplementing care regimes for children of union members and workers, showing concern not only for workers but also towards families and children of union members, contributing to building increasingly practical and humane welfare policies.

These are contents that clearly show the role of the Trade Union in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and at the same time affirm the effectiveness of collective bargaining in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The signing of the Collective Labor Agreement is the result of a democratic and public exchange and negotiation process between employers and the grassroots trade union executive committee, aiming to better ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees, and at the same time create motivation for employees to feel secure in their work, stick to and contribute to the development of the Company.
