Union supports 200 million VND to improve working conditions

Hanoi - On November 29, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union said it had provided support to improve working conditions for workers at PVMR.

In 2024, the Trade Union of the Oil and Gas Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR) actively participated in the general activities of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union. In particular, participating in social security activities organized by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union as well as the PVMR Trade Union achieved many very encouraging results.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien - Deputy General Director, Chairwoman of PVMR Trade Union said that the leaders and the Trade Union of the Corporation have made great efforts in improving the working environment, building policies and welfare regimes, and gradually increasing the income of workers. With the efforts and consensus of the staff, PVMR has exceeded the targets set for the year.

At the meeting between the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union and the PVMR Trade Union, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union highly appreciated the results achieved by the PVMR Trade Union and suggested continuing to promote them to gradually bring the unit to stable development, entering a new period of development. The President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union also affirmed that the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union will always accompany and support PVMR to achieve better results, closely following the Group's common motto of "One team - One goal".

On this occasion, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union supported PVMR workers with 200 million VND to build a canteen at the General Corporation's Office. Thereby improving the quality of life and working conditions for workers.
