The District Labor Federation focuses on applying digital technology and information technology in propaganda work, improving the quality of communication channels such as Facebook and Zalo groups of trade unions at all levels.
In particular, the District Labor Federation has innovated propaganda and mobilization work to raise awareness and political courage, and class awareness for workers.
In addition, it guides grassroots trade unions to perform well their representative role and implement democracy at the grassroots level. Continue to deploy and effectively implement the supervision and social criticism activities of the Trade Union organization according to Decision No. 217-QD/TW of the Politburo.
The Nam Tu Liem District Labor Federation also focuses on participating in training, fostering to improve qualifications, industrial style, and labor discipline for workers; encouraging grassroots unions to proactively propose to employers to create favorable conditions for time and facilities, and support funding to open training courses to improve skills.
A noteworthy point is that the District Labor Federation promotes the application of information technology and digitalization in managing grassroots unions and union members; at the same time, selecting key and key content to direct grassroots unions to organize activities suitable for each type
The innovation and flexibility of the district union has helped workers clearly understand and trust the union organization, thereby voluntarily joining the union.
This is the basis for the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in 2024 to achieve results: 34 new union organizations and grassroots unions were established, attracting 3,491 union members.
