The deadline submitted to the National Assembly to draft the Inspection Law amended

The Government Inspector General was assigned on behalf of the Government to sign the Government's report on the Draft of the Inspection Law (amended) to the National Assembly at the latest on April 15.

On April 14, the Government Office said that the Government has just issued Resolution No. 82/NQ-CP on the Draft Law on Inspection (amended).

The resolution stated that the Government highly appreciated the Government Inspectorate actively and actively coordinated with the concerned ministries and branches to urgently develop and submit to the Government to draft the Inspection Law (amended) to ensure the content and progress at the request of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Prime Minister.

The concerned ministries and agencies have actively participated in the opinion and completed the Draft Law on Inspection (amended) with a high sense of responsibility.

The Draft Law on Inspection (amended) has institutional in accordance with the policy and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat at conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of February 28, 2025 on research and proposal to continue organizing the organizational structure of the political system and conclusion No. 134-KL/TW of March 28, 2025 on the Scheme on arranging the system of inspection, neat, powerful, efficient, effective.

The Government basically unified the contents of the Draft Inspection Law (amended) by the Government Inspectorate to submit to the Government in Report No. 518/TTr-TTCP dated March 28, 2025.

The Government assigns the Government Inspectorate to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to study and absorb the opinions of the Government members, urgently complete the Draft of the Inspection Law (amended).

Assigned the Government Inspector General to authorize the Prime Minister to sign a report on behalf of the Government on behalf of the Government on the draft Law on Inspection Law (amended) and submit it to the National Assembly on April 15, 2025.

Earlier, the draft of the Inspection Law was amended by the Government Inspectorate to consult the people's opinion that the inspection agency includes:

1. Government Inspectorate.

2. Inspectorate of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter collectively referred to as provincial Inspectorate).

3. Inspection agencies in the People's Army, People's Police, the State Bank of Vietnam, Cipher Inspectorate.

4. The inspection agency is established under the international treaty that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member, including:

- Inspection of radiation and nuclear departments;

- Inspection of Vietnam Maritime and Waterway Administration;

- Inspection of Vietnam Aviation Administration;

- Inspection of State Securities Commission.

Regarding the transition regulations, the draft law stated that the inspection decisions were issued before the effective date of this Law, which continued to comply with the Law on Inspection No. 11/2022/QH15 and Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 dated 19.2.2025 of the National Assembly on handling a number of issues related to the organization of the State apparatus.

In case the Law and Resolution of the National Assembly, the Ordinance and Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee stipulate that the organization and inspection activities are not consistent with the provisions of this Law, the adjustment to agree with the provisions of this Law within 2 years from the effective date of this Law; In the period of not being amended or supplemented, it is complied with this Law.
