Submit to the Government for promulgation the Decree defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate in the order and procedures for shortened; Advise the Government to submit to the National Assembly to draft the Inspection Law (amended) in the order and procedures.
Promulgating regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of provincial and city inspectors under the Central Government. Completing synchronously with the implementation of the policy of arranging administrative units at the provincial level.
Review, amend, supplement and complete legal documents related to the organization, inspection and inspection activities in branches and fields.
According to the plan, organizing the organizational structure and personnel of the Government Inspectorate on the basis of ending the activities of 12 Ministry Inspectorate and 5 units at the Government Inspectorate; Consolidation of the Inspectorate School and the Institute of Strategy and Science Inspection.
Carry out the reception and transfer of civil servants to the inspection work of 12 ministries in accordance with the task requirements of the Departments, Departments and units of the Government Inspectorate.
At the same time, arranging and arranging civil servants, departments and units under the Government Inspectorate according to the new organizational model; handing over and receiving records of party members, civil servants and other related contents; implementing regimes and policies for civil servants in the process of arrangement as prescribed.
