The tournament has 10 participating teams, including: Town 1, Town 2, Town 3, Health Sector Trade Union, Tomeko An Khang Company Trade Union, Sunhouse Company Trade Union, Quoc Oai Press FC, Long Thanh FC, District People's Committee Joint Stock Trade Union and Education Sector Trade Union. The teams will compete in a knockout format.
Each team participated in the men's football competition with 7 players, including workers, civil servants, and laborers. The tournament applies the 7-a-side competition rules issued by the Vietnam Football Federation. All matches of the tournament are broadcast live on the Fanpage of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Quoc Oai district.
The tournament is organized to continue promoting and developing the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho". In the spirit of "Healthy to study, build and protect the Fatherland", "Solidarity - Truck - Progress Sports", the tournament took place with the motto of practicality, efficiency, and compliance with the provisions of law.
This activity also creates a useful playground for cadres, workers and civil servants to practice sports, exchange, recreate labor and improve their cultural and spiritual life.
