Accordingly, the Ha Dong District Labor Federation proactively coordinated with the Department of Culture and the District Steering Committee to organize inspections and evaluate the implementation of the contents of building "Cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises" in 2024.
Since the beginning of the year, the District Labor Federation has provided guidance on standards, procedures, and processes for reviewing and recognizing the title of “Culturally Standardized Agencies, Units, and Enterprises” for grassroots unions. There are 94 agencies, units, and enterprises registered to build cultural standards in the 2023-2024 period.
The inspection team inspected the implementation of 4 standards for "Culturally qualified agencies"; "Culturally qualified units" and 4 standards for "Culturally qualified enterprises", adding the implementation of Program 06 of the District Party Committee on continuing to perform weddings and funerals according to cultural lifestyle; Plan No. 43-KH/QU dated May 31, 2021 on implementing Program 06-Ctr/TU dated March 17, 2021 of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Cultural development, improving the quality of human resources, building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021-2025".
The inspection results show that the units have fully implemented the directives and instructions of the superior Trade Union on the movement to build culturally standard agencies, units and enterprises; organized emulation movements with high efficiency; organized well the activities to build a civilized lifestyle and a cultural environment in the workplace; and the families of cadres and civil servants have achieved the title of "cultural family".
Units proactively invest in completing cultural institutions at the grassroots level such as slogans, broadcasting systems... to serve propaganda work; halls, bookcase systems, traditional rooms, sports grounds... to build a civilized lifestyle, healthy cultural life, prevent and repel social evils...
