Hanoi - Currently, the Capital's Trade Unions at all levels are effectively implementing a number of models of propaganda, dissemination and legal education.

The Hanoi City Labor Federation directs all levels of the Trade Union to disseminate and popularize newly issued and newly amended legal documents that have come into effect. Focusing on disseminating the Capital Law, Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, etc.; disseminating policies and regimes related to workers, etc.

This activity is implemented with many models. Including the Law Bookcase model and the Self-management Team model of workers' dormitory areas.

Currently, the Capital Trade Union at all levels is effectively exploiting and managing 354 legal bookcases at workers' dormitories and over 2,365 legal bookcases at enterprises.

In addition, the City Labor Federation coordinated with the City Police to direct localities to establish 92 self-management groups for workers' dormitories with the participation of over 20,000 workers. 100% of the self-management groups for workers' dormitories have established "Conventions for self-management groups for workers' dormitories"; many groups have established monthly and quarterly activity schedules. The self-management groups have played a key role in ensuring security and order, preventing and combating all kinds of crimes and violations of the law.

These models have raised awareness and legal knowledge for union members and workers, especially workers in industrial parks and foreign-invested enterprises in the city.
