With the goal of not leaving any gaps or gaps in Trade Union activities, before officially operating under the new model, the City Labor Federation proactively received nearly 6,500 grassroots trade unions from trade unions at the grassroots level; received 2 grassroots trade unions at the grassroots level and 70 grassroots trade unions from the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union.
During that process, the leaders of the City Labor Federation directly visited enterprises with a large number of union members and workers to grasp the organization and operation of grassroots unions.
Immediately after receiving the award, the City Labor Federation focused on directing, guiding and accompanying grassroots unions to implement activities in the spirit of promoting the tradition, strengths, and promoting the achieved results of grassroots unions; proactively approaching, changing, and transforming to meet operational requirements in the new situation. Thereby, affirming and enhancing the role and position of the Trade Union organization.
Clearly identifying that in order to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, it is necessary to promote the development of union members and establish grassroots unions, the Hanoi City Labor Federation has organized survey teams to develop union members and establish grassroots unions in enterprises in the city.
In addition, the City Labor Federation proactively developed 2 Projects, including: "Project to establish Commune and Ward Trade Unions" and "Project to establish Hanoi High-Tech Park and Industrial Park Trade Unions" to submit to competent authorities for approval.
The above activities show the spirit of closely following the leadership of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the City Party Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City of the Hanoi City Labor Federation. This clearly demonstrates the proactiveness of the Capital Trade Union.
