Accordingly, the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union coordinated with the City Center for Disease Control (CDC) to launch the Workers' Cultural Activity Point here.
Hanoi CDC currently has more than 400 union members. With the nature of the work being specific and high pressure, improving spiritual life and meeting the needs of medical staff here is extremely necessary.
From this reality, the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union has proposed to the Hanoi City Labor Federation to select CDC Hanoi as the next unit to invest in building a Workers' Cultural Activity Point in 2025.
The total cost of the project is 140 million VND. Of which, the City Labor Federation supported 90 million VND, the Health Sector Trade Union supported 50 million VND to purchase equipment and facilities for daily activities.
Mr. Trinh To Tam suggested that the Hanoi CDC Trade Union quickly deploy the installation and preservation of equipment in accordance with regulations, and propagate so that workers clearly understand the role of the Cultural Activity Point in serving cultural, sports and union activities after work hours.
Effective and responsible use will contribute significantly to improving the spiritual life of union members, while building a modern and professional office culture in the health sector.
In 2014, the Workers' Cultural Activity Point was built at Ha Dong General Hospital; in 2017 at Hanoi Mental Hospital; in 2024 at Duc Giang General Hospital and in 2025 at CDC Hanoi.
