Hanoi - Son Ha Garment Joint Stock Company strives for the average income of employees in 2025 to reach 10.75 million VND/month.

The Hanoi Textile and Garment Trade Union has directed the Trade Union of Son Ha Garment Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to successfully organize a Conference of Labor Delegates and launch an emulation movement in 2025.

Son Ha Garment Joint Stock Company specializes in manufacturing and processing garments for export to the Eastern, Northern and South American markets, with 37 teams and departments with 3,715 workers. In 2024, the average income of workers will reach 9.950 million VND/person/month. Policies related to workers are implemented in accordance with regulations.

At the conference, the Conference of Labor and Workers' Representatives was answered by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union with 7 groups of opinions gathered from 107 opinions related to production and business plans, rights and interests of workers. One of the goals for 2025 approved by the Conference is the average income of workers reaching 10.75 million VND/person/month.

On this occasion, the Emulation Covenant Signing Ceremony between the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Youth Union and the leaders of departments, offices and workshops in the company also took place to strive to successfully complete the production and business tasks in 2025.
