The Marie Curie Long Bien Inter-level School Union was established by the Long Bien District Labor Federation in September 2024. Up to now, there are 5 Union Groups with 127 union members, including 109 women. In the past time, under the direct direction of the Long Bien District Labor Federation, the leadership and direction of the school's Board of Directors, the Marie Curie Long Bien Inter-level School Union's Provisional Executive Committee has always clearly defined its responsibilities, functions and tasks; constantly innovated its activities, organized many movements in all fields.
The School Union has focused on education and propaganda, improving the professional ethics and expertise of teachers and educational management staff; coordinating with the School Board to organize many useful activities for staff, teachers and employees; implementing emulation movements to build a friendly school and active students.
In addition, by clearly demonstrating its representative role, caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, teachers and employees, the school's Trade Union has created motivation to improve the quality and effectiveness of education and training. For example, the Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; care for the lives, visit cadres, teachers and employees when they are sick, or when their families have funerals or happy events...
The Congress of the Marie Curie Long Bien Inter-level School Union elected the Executive Committee for the first term of 2024 - 2028, consisting of 9 members. The Union members also voted to approve the targets and tasks of the Executive Committee of the Union for the term of 2024 - 2028.
In which, the Union operates with the spirit of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development"; continues the goal of building and improving the quality of teachers and educational management staff; focuses on caring for and protecting the rights and interests of cadres, teachers and employees.
