On July 10, Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation presented 30 sets of handwriting for reading and learning English to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances of grassroots trade unions directly under Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards.
