Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, a trade union member of Ha Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, said that every year the Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements with many contents beneficial to workers.

In the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the Trade Union continues to affirm its role as a bridge, protecting the legitimate rights of workers as well as coordinating with units to ensure and enhance the legitimate rights of workers.
Mr. Nguyen The Tung - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Chung Jye Tuyen Quang Shoe Production Co., Ltd. said that the enterprise currently has 5,750 union members and employees working at 3 branches in the province. The grassroots trade union always determines to strengthen the representative role for employees.

After the merger of administrative units, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation currently directly manages 8 Commune and Ward Trade Unions with 310 grassroots trade unions, totaling 34,222 union members.
In which, the non-business block has 76 grassroots trade unions with 6,762 union members; the production and business block has 234 grassroots trade unions with 27,460 union members.
Trade union levels continue to innovate operating methods, improve the quality of dialogue, collective bargaining, expand welfare programs, and accompany businesses for stable jobs and better and better lives for workers.

These activities have actively improved the quality of lunch meals, union member welfare, health care, cultural and spiritual life for workers and contributed to building stable labor relations.
In 2026, with the theme "Union members and workers emulate innovation - Promote digital transformation - Improve productivity and efficiency", Tuyen Quang Trade Union strives to develop 1,000 or more new union members", Mr. Trieu Tai Phong informed.
