On the morning of November 23, according to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard, nearly 500 officers, soldiers and 32 specialized cars were mobilized to key areas.
The working groups coordinated with functional forces to approach isolated areas, organize the supply of food, provisions and necessities to the people.
As of the morning of November 23, more than 10,000 meals have been transported and distributed to households severely affected, ensuring that people do not go hungry during difficult times.

In parallel with emergency relief, units also mobilized forces to support localities in collecting mud, cleaning, rearranging furniture at more than 20 schools, medical centers and over 100 houses.
This activity helps people stabilize their lives soon. Medical and educational facilities have quickly resumed operations.
Khanh Hoa Border Guard said that the force will remain on duty at vulnerable points until the situation is completely stable.
Colonel Nguyen Doan Hoa - Political Commissar of Khanh Hoa Border Guard directly visited and encouraged the families of officers and soldiers affected by the flood.
Many areas in the province were flooded with prolonged heavy rain, causing deep flooding, sweeping away the property of people and soldiers working at units under the Provincial Border Guard.



Immediately after grasping the situation, Colonel Nguyen Doan Hoa requested units to urgently review, count the damage and organize working groups to each family for timely support.
At the places visited, the Political Commissar encouraged cadres, soldiers and their families to overcome difficulties, and conveyed the condolences of the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command. Colonel Nguyen Doan Hoa also presented emergency support gifts to help families stabilize in the immediate future.


Currently, the Provincial Border Guard is continuing to compile the level of damage to propose additional forms of support.
Border guards in the area are required to maintain forces, continue to support people to overcome the consequences of floods, and ensure safety in border areas.
