Ministry of Education and Training: More than 125,000 candidates have not been considered for priority points and foreign language certificates
On the morning of July 21, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) issued an official dispatch to departments of education and training requesting urgent review and update of university admission data on the common admission support system to ensure accurate admission results in 2026.
Statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training show that there are currently 125,056 cases nationwide that have not been approved for certification, 28,604 cases with foreign language scores but no foreign language subject codes, 7,475 cases with foreign language scores of 2 but lack subject codes, 3,114 cases with subject codes but no foreign language scores.

Traces at the scene of the passenger car fire that killed 7 people
On July 21, Dong Nai City Police are continuing to coordinate with relevant units to investigate and clarify the cause of the sleeper bus fire that killed 7 people.

According to initial information, at about 10 pm on July 20, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai (born in 1985, residing in Khanh Hoa province) was driving a sleeper bus with license plate 50E-447. 02 carrying 37 passengers and 1 assistant driver traveling from Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City.

Lien Khuong Airport reopens from August 19th
On the afternoon of July 21, Lien Khuong International Airport said that it had notified airlines, operating units and relevant agencies to proactively prepare facilities, personnel and necessary conditions to serve operations when the airport reopens.
According to the planned schedule, Lien Khuong airport will officially resume operations from 0:00 on August 19th.
