On January 4, Thu Duc City Police, Ho Chi Minh City, are looking for the person who posted the video of a car with its traffic lights flashing wildly, causing a stir on social media.
Thu Duc City Police request that anyone who filmed the video or knows about the incident contact the Traffic Police - Order Team of Thu Duc City Police to provide information. The functional force also said that the lamp post management unit has checked the traffic posts and confirmed that they are all operating normally, with no technical errors.
Previously, a video circulated on social media showing a blue car moving on the road when it reached a red traffic light, the signal system jumped randomly and then turned green. When the car passed, the light turned red again.

Digging the ground, people discovered a bomb weighing more than 220 kg.
On January 4, the MAG Bomb Advisory Group in Vietnam said that it had just moved a bomb weighing more than 220 kg to a safe storage area to await centralized destruction. The bomb weighing more than 220 kg was discovered in Hien Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district (Quang Binh province).
The bomb was discovered by a local resident while digging the ground to prepare for planting acacia and eucalyptus, lying about 1 meter underground. Immediately after receiving a request from the Quang Binh Provincial Military Command, MAG coordinated with local authorities to dispatch a Mobile Disposal Team and bomb disposal experts to the scene.
