Hanoi will limit trucks over 10 tons to the Peak 3-hour Ring Road

Hanoi will pilot the limitation of trucks with a total weight of 10 tons or more, container trucks, and tractors traveling on some routes towards Ring Road 3 during rush hour to reduce traffic congestion. The pilot period lasts for 3 months, from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026.

The case of bread poisoning in Ho Chi Minh City increased to 102 cases
On December 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that as of 10:00 a.m., medical facilities had received and treated 102 patients with symptoms of suspected food poisoning after eating bread at the N.H facility in Phu My ward.

Of which, there were 61 cases that had to be hospitalized for treatment with symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, mild fever, ... in accordance with symptoms of food poisoning in the digestive tract. The health status of the cases is currently progressing steadily, and no cases of serious complications have been recorded.
