To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Saigon City - Gia Dinh officially honored to be named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026) and the 1st anniversary of the establishment of Ben Thanh Ward (July 1, 2025 - July 1, 2026), and to respond to the 33rd Green Summer Volunteer Campaign 2026, the Public Administration Service Center, the Youth Union of the People's Committee agency of Ben Thanh Ward in coordination with Youth Union Branch 2 - Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade - Gia Dinh Branch to implement the program "Accompanying Businesses/Household Businesses - Convenient Public Administration".
The program aims to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, and promote the pioneering role of union members and youth in serving the people. At the same time, it supports people, business households and businesses to access and use online public services effectively, gradually forming modern administrative transaction habits, contributing to the implementation of national digital transformation.
Mr. Mac Hong Linh - Acting Director of the Public Administration Center - Ben Thanh ward said that when participating in the program, people and businesses will receive comprehensive support at a single destination, including: guidance on registering household business/business establishment; electronic tax registration and declaration; use of electronic invoices; social insurance registration; labor procedures consulting; guidance on non-cash payments; support for accessing financial services such as opening accounts, registering QR payments, POS, borrowing capital and appropriate digital transformation solutions.
In particular, the "One destination - many supports" model helps people, business households, and businesses not only complete administrative procedures but also be consulted and connected to needs arising during operations through needs survey forms, thereby being supported promptly and according to needs.
The program is implemented directly at the headquarters of Ben Thanh Ward People's Committee (No. 92 Nguyen Trai, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
