Standards and regimes for people eligible to join the Inspection Team

Article 27 of Decree No. 216/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and instructions for implementing the Law on Inspection, stipulates standards, regimes and policies for those who are allowed to practice to join the Inspection Team as follows:

1. The person eligible to join the Inspection Team is an inspector of another inspection agency or a civil servant, officer, or public employee of a public service unit and does not fall under one of the cases specified in Clause 1, Article 23 of this Decree.

2. The person invited to join the Inspection Team must have good moral qualities, a sense of responsibility, honesty, honesty, fairness, objectivity, and professional expertise in accordance with the requirements and tasks of the inspection agency.

3. During the time participating in the Inspection Team, the person on the mock is entitled to the regimes and policies of civil servants and public employees according to the provisions of law, paid for work fees, ensured working conditions, means and other rights of members of the Inspection Team.

4. The meeting of members of the Inspection Team was conducted in writing. The content of the exhibition documents clearly states the basis, exhibition time, and tasks for the person to be exhibited.

5. When the collection period ends, the collection agency shall have a written assessment of the performance of the person to be collected and send it to the Head of the agency directly managing the person to be collected.

Thus, the standards, regimes and policies for those who are allowed to join the Inspection Team are implemented according to the above regulations.
