Along with that is to promote the role of village elders, village heads, clan heads, and prestigious people in propagating and mobilizing people to build self-managed, united, safe, prosperous and happy residential areas. Promote the role of individuals and families in building cultural families, happy families, and in nurturing and educating the young generation.
Applying digital technology in communication activities, providing information, collecting opinions, receiving feedback and recommendations from the People; monitoring progress, updating results and sharing experiences. The third solution is to integrate building a united, safe, prosperous, and happy residential area associated with campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in residential areas.

Coordinate to build, maintain, and replicate models suitable for each organization; participate in mobilizing and connecting legal resources to serve activities in residential areas, especially in difficult areas, remote areas, border areas, islands, and ethnic minority areas.
