The collective of employees of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) joined hands to contribute nearly 40 billion VND to give nearly 70,000 Tet gifts to poor people across the country. This is an activity towards the 70th Anniversary of BIDV's Establishment.
Bank branches have coordinated with functional agencies in localities to organize donations to poor households and families in difficult circumstances... This year, the program especially focuses on localities heavily affected by natural disasters, prioritizing program implementation in provinces such as Lang Son, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Gia Lai, Dak Lak (Binh Dinh, former Phu Yen)... where people still strive every day to overcome difficulties, restore and stabilize their lives.
Each gift worth an average of about 500,000 VND/gift will contribute more to poor families to have Tet necessities such as banh chung, sticky rice, Tet jam, cooking oil, meat... This is also a sincere sharing, sending feelings and community responsibility of the collective of BIDV employees, contributing to bringing people a more fulfilling and warmer Tet.

BIDV branches nationwide coordinate with functional agencies in localities to organize donations to poor households, families in difficult circumstances, especially people in areas affected by natural disasters, storms, floods, severe cold, drought, saltwater intrusion, flash floods, flash floods....
The program "Tet gifts for poor people" is not only an annual social security activity, but has become a meaningful humanitarian journey, a meaningful highlight in community activities.
Starting from 2009 to now, on average every year BIDV gives about 40,000 Tet gifts to poor households and families in difficult circumstances across the country.
Each given gift is a warm Tet greeting sent to the poor, showing BIDV's persistent commitment to accompanying the community, contributing to building a better life. Not only material gifts, the program is also a bridge to spread the spirit of mutual affection and bond affection.
