On July 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Binh Thanh Ward and the Binh Thanh Ward Trade Union coordinated to organize the conference "Month of Listening to the People's Voices" and "Month of Listening to Union Members and Workers' Voices" through the "Great Solidarity Morning Coffee" program. The conference aims to promote democracy at the grassroots level, strengthen dialogue, and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of people, union members and workers.
At the program, delegates exchanged and contributed many opinions related to contents such as social security work; employment and life of union members and workers; working environment; implementation of regimes and policies; administrative reform; improving the quality of service to the people.
The opinions all expressed concern and responsibility for the development of the locality. At the same time, many practical solutions were proposed to improve the quality of activities of the government and mass organizations.

Ms. Hoang Mai Quynh Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward recorded, received and directly exchanged and clarified some contents under the authority of the Front and mass organizations.
Ms. Quynh Hoa highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility and concern of the people, union members and workers towards local issues. At the same time, she affirmed that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to monitor, summarize and fully reflect opinions and recommendations for timely consideration and resolution.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuat - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thanh ward directly exchanged and clarified many contents under his authority. At the same time, information about the socio-economic development situation of the ward, the results of administrative reform work, the implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies in the area as well as orientations for resolving existing problems and obstacles.
Regarding recommendations that cannot be resolved immediately at the conference, Mr. Tuat requested the Ward People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, and the Ward Trade Union to continue to summarize, classify, and transfer to competent authorities for consideration and resolution and inform the people, union members, and workers as soon as possible.
Thereby, contributing to improving the efficiency of coordination, promoting democracy at the grassroots level and building a government to serve the people.
