On the evening of January 28, on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's direct return to the country to lead the Vietnamese revolution (January 28, 1941 – January 28, 2026), the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee directed the People's Committees of Cao Bang, Hanoi, Nghe An, and Ho Chi Minh City provinces and cities to coordinate with Vietnam Television to organize a television bridge "Building a mountain with two hands".

The program is organized at 4 bridge points associated with historical landmarks: Cao Bang - Hanoi - Nghe An - Ho Chi Minh City.
At Nghe An bridge point, the program is held at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site.
Attending the program were Politburo members: Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Tran Sy Thanh - Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Doan Minh Huan - Standing Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; along with comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; members of the Party Central Committee; leaders of ministries, departments, central agencies, Military Region 4; leaders of the Central Committee of the Lao Fatherland Front for National Construction; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to Vietnam.

The television bridge "Building a mountain with two hands" recreates the historical milestone of President Ho Chi Minh returning to Pac Bo after 30 years of finding a way to save the country, laying the foundation for the Vietnamese revolutionary path: establishing correct methods, building bases, organizing forces, mobilizing people's strength, preparing for the day the whole people stand up to win independence.
The central message of the television bridge "Two hands building a mountain" affirms: the Vietnamese nation once rose from hardship with its own hands, today it can completely reach further with intelligence, bravery and inner strength of the new era; each individual is a "hand" contributing to the common development of the country.

At the Nghe An bridge point, the program atmosphere took place solemnly, emotionally and deeply, imbued with depth of history and sacred feelings towards President Ho Chi Minh. The Bai Duong House area, Kim Lien Relic Area brightly lit with lights, solemn flags and flowers, blending with the contemplative and sacred space of the Sen village homeland, creating a special "touch point" between the present and history.
Opening the program at the Nghe An bridge point was the performance "Night of listening to boat singing, remembering Uncle Ho" performed by People's Artist Phuong Thao, imbued with the folk culture of Nghe land.
The program at the Nghe An bridge point also contributes to clarifying the overarching ideology of the program, which is the role of the people, the strength of great solidarity and the sustainable value of strategic decisions that President Ho Chi Minh laid the foundation for from 1941. Reportaries and intertwined documentary images vividly portrayed Nghe An as a cradle nurturing his soul and personality, thereby spreading the spirit of Ho Chi Minh in the new era.
With meticulous preparation and careful staging, the program at the Nghe An bridge point made an important contribution to the overall success of the entire program, spreading pride and responsibility to continue the revolutionary path that President Ho Chi Minh chose for the Vietnamese nation.
