On the evening of September 2, Ho Chi Minh City organized a special art program "Independent Star" connecting from 3 locations: Saigon Ward (Nguyen Hue Walking Street), Binh Duong Ward (Binh Duong Ward Park) and Vung Tau Ward (Thuy Van Sea Square).
According to Lao Dong reporters, many people have flocked to the connecting points.
At Nguyen Hue walking street, many people choose to wear red shirts with brilliant yellow stars. Each person seems to not only wear clothes, but also wear the pride and desire to join the great national festival.

Tran Linh Chi (Thanh Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and her friends were present at the walking street early, with the desire to join in the atmosphere of welcoming the National Day on the last holiday. Chi and her group of friends will watch the art program and wait for the fireworks display to take place at 9pm.

Not only at Nguyen Hue walking street, many neighboring streets such as Ton Duc Thang, Bach Dang wharf area..., people have also gathered very early, waiting for the activities taking place on the evening of September 2. Due to the large number of vehicles, the authorities organized traffic diversion to ensure smooth traffic.
At around 7:30 p.m., heavy rain fell, causing some disadvantages to people's activities. However, many people still brave the rain and watch the art program.

At the Vung Tau Ward Bridge (Thuy Van Sea Square), despite heavy rain, the whole sea of people still gathered, waiting for the art program in the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the great national holiday.

With the combination of modern technology and the quintessence of traditional art, the TV series "Independent Star" is not only a performance program, but also a deep gratitude, a bridge between the glorious past and the future.
In addition to the TV bridge program, at 9pm, there will be simultaneous fireworks displays at 4 locations in Ho Chi Minh City, including high-altitude fireworks displays at three locations including: the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (An Khanh ward), the new city center (Binh Duong ward) and the central Bai Sau square (Vung Tau ward).
