Commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam National United Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025) and the National Great Unity Day, on November 16, Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province attended and shared joy with the people of Khe Trau village, Mo Vang commune.
Khe Trau village has a natural area of 180 hectares with 146 households and 646 people, of which the Dao ethnic group accounts for 95%. Local people actively work and produce, helping each other develop the economy, with an average income per capita of over 43 million VND/year.

In 2025, the village will have 130/145 households achieving the title of cultural family, reaching 89.6%, of which 5 households will achieve the title of typical cultural family. The village is recognized as a cultural village; 100% of children in the village are allowed to go to school at the right age at all levels, no students drop out of school; national defense and security are always guaranteed and maintained.
During the year, the village had 8 households escape poverty, and people's lives improved significantly. The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" is widely deployed. People have voluntarily donated more than 3,000 m2 of land, contributing hundreds of working days to expand and upgrade traffic routes.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Cell and People of Khe Trau village have achieved in recent times.
Ms. Giang Thi Dung believes that whether or not building a cultural life in each family and village depends on the determination of each person; building a healthy, peaceful, and beautiful residential area is for the people to enjoy.
Therefore, we hope that the people of Khe Trau village in particular and Mo Vang commune in general will continue to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition, preserve the good cultural identity and promote the strength of national solidarity; actively transform the structure of crops and livestock, develop household economy, and increase income.

To do that, in the coming time, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province requested Khe Trau village to continue to strengthen propaganda and mobilize the People to effectively implement the goals of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.
Operating and managing to ensure objectivity and efficiency create high consensus and unity in the thoughts and actions of the People in building new rural areas and in the process of operating the two-level local government apparatus.
