On October 6, Hanoi City Police launched a fundraising campaign to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 Bualoi.
In September, many consecutive storms directly affected our country, causing widespread damage. In particular, storm No. 10 was strong, with a long time of travel on land, the storm circulation caused heavy rain, flash floods, and widespread flooding, causing heavy losses in human lives and property and seriously damaging the infrastructure of many provinces and cities in the Northern and North Central regions, including the capital Hanoi.
More than ever, people affected by natural disasters need the attention, help and sharing of the community.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police Department requested officers and soldiers of units throughout the City Police Department to promote the tradition of "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", actively participate in supporting, considering this a specific act, demonstrating the affection, responsibility and duty of the People's Public Security soldiers in the face of difficulties and losses of the people.
The general level of support is that each officer and soldier contributes at least one day's salary, and at the same time encourages collectives and individuals with conditions to continue to provide additional support in appropriate forms.
The entire amount of donations will be transferred by Hanoi City Police to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City and related units to promptly support people in affected areas, ensuring the use of funding sources for the right purposes, effectively, publicly and transparently.
At the same time as the launching ceremony at the head office, at some offices with independent offices, the Deputy Directors of CATP also directly attended and launched the donation campaign.
Along with that, at the Public Security of 126 communes and wards in the capital, they also simultaneously organized donations, support, and demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and affection of the entire Hanoi City Police force towards people in disaster-affected areas.
