On July 8, the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province held a conference to announce decisions on personnel organization.
Here, representatives of the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee announced the following decisions: Establishing the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee; Establishing the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Agency; recognizing members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Establishing Party cells under the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee; transferring and appointing cadres of departments and offices of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
The Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee is under the Provincial Party Committees. The Provincial Fatherland Front Party Executive Committee consists of 15 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed as Party Secretary. The Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee has 10 Party cells.
The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has 10 specialized departments advising and assisting 328 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. These are: Office; Organizing and inspecting Committee; Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism; Committee for Propaganda and Social Work; Committee for Trade Union Work; Committee for Industrial Park Trade Union; Committee for Farmers' Work; Committee for Youth Union and Youth Union Work; Committee for Women Work; Committee for Veterans Work.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee announced decisions on the mobilization and assignment of cadres to departments and offices of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huong Giang acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and close coordination of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee with relevant agencies in the process of preparing, advising, and implementing the contents of organizational and personnel arrangement in accordance with regulations and Party principles.
Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang emphasized that in the face of new requirements, new opportunities, and new challenges, in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, the Party Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee needs to promote the core leadership role of the Party organization in the agency, the leadership of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations to quickly stabilize the organization, urgently develop working regulations, assign specific tasks, clear people, clear work, clear implementation progress... to ensure effective and unified operations in the entire system.
