While on duty on the Giai Phong route (Hanoi), officers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police promptly supported and took a child with high fever and convulsions to the emergency room.
Accordingly, on the morning of April 16, implementing the plan of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 led by Lieutenant Colonel Vuong Dinh Huynh as Team Leader deployed the task of ensuring traffic order and safety on the Le Duan - Giai Phong axis.
At about 9 am on the same day, at the Giai Phong - Truong Chinh intersection area, the working group discovered a couple carrying a young child showing signs of panic. Through inspection, functional forces determined that the baby (about 3 years old) was having a high fever, convulsions, and needed to be taken to the emergency room.
Faced with the emergency situation, realizing the family was confused, Lieutenant Colonel Vuong Dinh Huynh directed officers in the team to use specialized cars to quickly take the child to Bach Mai Hospital in the shortest time.
At the hospital, the baby was received and treated promptly by doctors. Currently, the baby's health has passed the critical stage and is continuing to be monitored and treated.
Sharing after the incident, Mr. D. V. N (the child's father, born in 1999, residing in Hanoi) said that this morning (April 16), his wife and he took their daughter P.T (born in 2023) to the emergency room due to high fever. When they arrived at the above area, the child suddenly had convulsions, the condition worsened, causing both husband and wife to panic and not know how to handle it.
“Meanwhile, traffic police officers promptly supported and took the child to the hospital very quickly. Our family is extremely grateful,” Mr. N shared in a thank-you letter sent to the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4.
Timely and responsible actions of the traffic police force not only helped the child overcome the critical condition but also contributed to spreading the beautiful image of the dedicated Capital Police soldier, serving the People. Thereby continuing to affirm the effectiveness of the "Ba Nhat" route model that the Hanoi Traffic Police Department is implementing on the Giai Phong route.
