On March 4, in Nam So commune (Lai Chau province), Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - and candidates for National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term met with voters and presented the action program.
Attending the voter contact conference were Ms. Giang Pao My - Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches and a large number of local voters.
Presenting the action program when running for National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed that if trusted by voters, she will well perform the role of elected representative, maintain close contact with the people, regularly listen, summarize, and promptly reflect voters' opinions to the National Assembly, Government and functional agencies.

She emphasized that she will closely follow reality, propose to improve mechanisms and policies, especially national target programs on building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Lai Chau is a mountainous, border province, with ethnic minorities accounting for a large proportion; besides the achieved results, there are still many difficulties in infrastructure, livelihoods, and investment resources. Therefore, there is a need for more specific and practical policies to improve people's lives.
After listening to the action program, many voters in Nam So commune expressed their agreement and appreciated the specific and practical commitments; expecting delegates after being elected to continue to pay attention to regimes and policies for the highlands, promptly reflecting people's recommendations to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.

On behalf of the candidates, Ms. Ha Thi Nga thanked the voters for their trust, wishing the people to continue to accompany and supervise the activities of delegates so that commitments to voters can be concretized by action.
On this occasion, Ms. Ha Thi Nga presented 20 gifts to policy families and households in difficult circumstances in the area.
Immediately after the conference, the working delegation inspected the election preparation work at ballot box No. 10, requesting the locality to continue to do a good job of propaganda, ensuring security and order, creating conditions for voters to participate in voting fully, safely, and in accordance with regulations.
