On the afternoon of December 24, in Avuong commune, the City Police held an inauguration ceremony and handed over the first house in the "Quang Trung Campaign" - a rapid campaign to support the repair and construction of houses for people who suffered heavy damage due to floods to soon stabilize their lives.

The first house handed over to Mr. Alang Dich's family was solidly built according to the "3 hard" criteria - hard foundation, hard walls, hard roof - suitable for harsh weather conditions and highland terrain, ensuring long-term safety and sustainability for the family.
Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and drastic participation of the police force and local authorities; at the same time, affirmed that the "Quang Trung Campaign" is being implemented seriously, substantially, on schedule, ensuring that no people are " hatter" after natural disasters.
In the difficult terrain, difficult traffic, prolonged cold and rainy weather, and scarce construction materials, however, officers and soldiers of the City Police, the grassroots Police, along with the coordinating forces, did not manage hardship, stuck to the area, implemented the motto "3 together - eat together, live together, work together" with the people, worked day and night, took advantage of each favorable period of time, even proactively stretched tarpaulins to cover the rain and wind right at the construction site to maintain continuous construction, ensuring progress and quality of the project.

This is an event of special significance, not only for Mr. Alang Dichs family, but also a vivid testament to the deep concern of the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security and Da Nang city government for people in areas affected by natural disasters.
I believe that, from this warm home of gratitude, new faith and hope will be lit up, creating motivation for people to firmly overcome difficulties and rise up in life - Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi affirmed.
Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hoang - Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police said that during the construction process, despite the harsh terrain, difficult traffic, and prolonged cold and rainy weather, officers and soldiers of the City Police, Avang Commune Police and other coordinating forces have stuck to the area, implementing the "3 together" motto with the people, working day and night, proactively covering the construction site to ensure progress and construction quality.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security supported 50 million VND for each newly built house directly constructed by the police force. The Minister of Public Security, leaders of the city and the City Police and local authorities also presented gifts to congratulate the new family and joined the family of Mr. Lang Dich on the day of receiving the new house - the first house completed in the journey to rebuild a home for people in disaster areas.
