On December 13, the City People's Committee informed about the progress of the "Quang Trung Campaign" to quickly rebuild and repair houses for families whose houses were damaged by natural disasters in the Central provinces.
Accordingly, regarding the construction of new houses, Da Nang was assigned to implement 144 apartments. By 3:00 p.m. on December 12, 2025, 129 units had started construction, reaching 90% of the plan. Of which, 8 houses have been completed (6%) and 121 houses have started construction and are not yet completed (84%). Currently, there are 15 houses that have not started construction (accounting for 10%).
Forces are urgently rebuilding and repairing houses for families whose houses were damaged by natural disasters in the Central provinces.
For the 361 houses that need to be repaired, the city has repaired 250 houses (69%), 88 houses are under construction (25%), and 23 houses have not been repaired (accounting for 6%).
Next week, Da Nang plans to start construction of 15 new houses (100% of the weekly plan), complete 8 new houses (reaching 6%), repair 23 houses (reaching 100%) and complete the repair of 34 houses (reaching 31%).
Following the direction of the Prime Minister, all damaged houses will be repaired before December 31, 2025; completely collapsed houses must be rebuilt before January 31, 2026, ensuring that people soon stabilize their lives and have new houses to celebrate Tet.
