On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2026), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, sent a congratulatory telegram to Mr. Wang Huning - Member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (Chinese National Council).

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2026), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and in my personal name, I would like to send to Comrade Chairman Wang Huning and all comrades in the National Political Consultative Conference of China warm congratulations and the most sincere feelings of friendship.
I am very pleased to see that in the past 76 years, the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China have been constantly consolidated and developed, becoming a valuable asset painstakingly nurtured by generations of leaders and people of the two countries. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party of China, the comprehensive strategic cooperation partnership between Vietnam and China continues to achieve many important achievements, bringing practical benefits to the people of the two countries, making positive contributions to peace, stability and development in the region and in the world.
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front highly appreciates the role and important contributions of the National People's Political Consultation Conference of China in promoting exchanges and friendly cooperation between the people of the two countries, contributing to strengthening mutual understanding, consolidating the social foundation for the sustainable development of Vietnam-China relations. I believe that, based on the motto "friendly neighbor, comprehensive cooperation, long-term stability, towards the future" and the spirit of "both comrades and brothers", the friendly cooperation relationship between our two organizations will continue to be strengthened in the coming time, making practical contributions to further deepening the comprehensive strategic cooperation partnership between the two Parties, two States and the people of the two countries.
