On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (October 1, 1999 - October 1, 2025), General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to Premier Li Qiang, Head of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Zhao Like.
In the congratulatory message, our Party and State leaders expressed their appreciation and congratulated the important achievements in socio-economic development, reform and opening up that the Party, State and People of China have achieved over the past 76 years; believed that under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary and President Xi Jinping as the core, China will successfully complete the strategic development goals and tasks set by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, soon building China into a modern, prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist country, actively contributing to peace, stability and prosperous development in the region and the world.
Emphasizing that the Party, State and people of Vietnam consistently identify strengthening and developing stable, healthy, and friendly relations and cooperation with China as a strategic choice and top priority in the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization, and diversification of Vietnam's foreign relations, our Party and State leaders affirmed their readiness to work with senior leaders of China to maintain regular exchanges and enhance strategic orientations for bilateral relations according to the high-level common perception; constantly foster and consolidate traditional friendship between the two Parties and the two countries, enhance mutual understanding between the two peoples, continue to promote comprehensive strategic cooperation partnerships, build a Vietnam - China Community of Shared Future with strategic significance to continuously develop in depth and increasingly deepen, practically, and effectively for the benefit of the people, people, the region and the world, for peace and development.
Also on this occasion, Party Central Committee Secretary, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung sent a congratulatory message to Politburo member, Director of the Office of the Central External Relations Commission, and Chinese Foreign Minister Vuong Nghi.
