Every morning at the Khanh Hoa Ward Public Administration Service Center, Can Tho City, the image of young people in volunteer blue shirts has become familiar. They instruct people from basic operations such as getting serial numbers, recording records, to entering information online on digital platforms.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Phuong, Secretary of Huynh Thu Hamlet Youth Union, Khanh Hoa Ward, shared: "We have arranged time and work to help people complete procedures better. We support documents on land, social insurance, health insurance or petitions that people cannot write. Regarding online records, we will help enter information and necessary documents for people".
This dedicated support has helped people feel more secure when coming to do public administrative procedures. Mr. Thach Duol, in Kinh Moi Soc hamlet, Khanh Hoa ward, said: "Today, I came here to notarize my documents so that my children can study at university. Here, the documents were presented with enthusiasm by the young people, they are very enthusiastic about helping to complete and submit them to the Public Administration Service Center soon".
Mr. Cam Van De, Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Ward Youth Union, Can Tho City, said that the Ward Youth Union has established a volunteer team for the Digital Education School with 10 members. Every day, students take turns on duty at the Public Administration Service Center to guide people through procedures on online public applications and services. Thereby, it has contributed to helping people know more about public services, helping administrative transactions faster.
Khanh Hoa Ward Youth Union members are also very flexible in setting up a digital transformation support team at the Center, instructing people to register to submit documents online on the public service portal, supporting the installation and use of management applications, and looking up administrative information.
With the support of young people, now, recording records or entering information on digital platforms is no longer an obstacle for people. In particular, the Digital crop Binh model has helped digital government no longer be a distant thing but is present in every operation of the people.
Not only stopping at supporting at the Center, Khanh Hoa Ward Youth Union also organizes mobile tour sessions, going to each hamlet and household. Mr. Thach Duol shared more: "Youth groups come to my house to give instructions, especially on registering for level 2 identification. In general, making documents online is very fast and compact".
