On the afternoon of November 15, in Hanoi, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired a meeting, giving opinions on the content of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province, term 2025-2030.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province; Leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province.
Presenting a report on the preparation for the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province, term 2025-2030, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province Nguyen Hoang Ha said that as of October 28, 2025, 129/129 communes and wards have completed the organization of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the directives and instructions of the Party committees at the same level, the Plan of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. Of which, 125/129 commune-level units have Chairmen who are members of the Standing Committee, 1 unit has Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, concurrently appointed by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress continues to "Promoting the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc, innovating the organization, content and methods of operation, enhancing social consensus, contributing to building Ninh Binh province to become a centrally-run city by 2030".
The draft document submitted to the Congress sets out the goal of continuing to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; strengthening political alliances, gathering, building, and firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc; Playing a core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of all classes of people in the province. Implementing democracy and enhancing consensus among the people, on that basis, building an increasingly strong national solidarity bloc, promoting all resources to promote economic and social development and promoting the industrialization and modernization of the country, contributing to building Ninh Binh province as a centrally-run city by 2030.
The draft also sets out 13 specific targets and 3 breakthrough tasks, focusing on continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; participating in social criticism of policy drafts, especially drafts related to the legitimate rights and interests of the People.
Promote the role of leaders, improve the quality of innovation in leadership methods and working methods, improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels and socio-political organizations.
The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province promote digital transformation, application of science, technology and innovation, improve the quality of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Regarding personnel submitted to the Congress, the expected number of members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025-2030, is 118, with 73 new participants.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province should accept the opinions of delegates attending the meeting to soon complete the draft Political Report and related contents to submit to the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province, term 2025-2030.
According to Vice Chairwoman - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, the content of the draft political report must bring new features and breakthroughs so that the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province will create a highlight throughout the term, meeting the expectations and striving with the Party Committee, government and people in the whole province to turn Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2030.
