Car lost control and crashed into two vehicles traveling in the same direction in front

Hanoi While traveling on the elevated Ring Road 2, a car suddenly lost control and pushed forward, crashing into two other vehicles.

According to information, at around 2:15 p.m. on November 15, a series of accidents occurred on the elevated Ring Road 2 (Hanoi City) involving 3 cars.

At the time of the accident, a car with license plate 15K-719.XX (driver unknown) was traveling on the elevated Ring Road 2 from Thang Long Bridge to Vinh Tuy Bridge. When arriving at the area opposite house number 458 Minh Khai (Vinh Tuy ward), this car suddenly collided with a car with license plate 30H-225.XX (driver unknown) moving in the same direction ahead.

The strong collision caused the car with license plate 15K-719.XX to tilt, the two tires hit the car with license plate 30H-225.XX, and the roof collided with the car with license plate 89H-104.XX. After that, the car continued to rush forward and crashed into the railing.

At the scene, many pieces of debris from the 15K-719.XX car were scattered all over the road, all 3 cars were damaged.

Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties, but caused local congestion on Ring Road 2 for about 3km.

Representatives of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police) sent officers and soldiers to the scene to handle the accident.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
