This is a political event of special significance, marking a new step in the development of the Fatherland Front of Bac Lung commune since its establishment on the basis of merging four old communes.
Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation. Also attending were the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Bac Lung commune and 160 official delegates, representing all classes of people, religions, businessmen and outstanding individuals in the commune.
The first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Lung commune has an important task of evaluating the results of activities for the 2024 - 2029 term, pointing out the limitations to draw experience, and setting out directions and action plans for the 2025 - 2030 term. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress focused on discussing, analyzing and proposing effective solutions to improve the effectiveness of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's activities in the new period.
The key goal of the 2025 - 2030 term is to continue promoting the tradition and strength of great national unity, innovating the content and methods of operation, contributing to building the homeland of Bac Lung to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably, striving to become an advanced new rural commune before 2030.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: 'The frontline needs to play a good core role, preside over coordination with member organizations to unite all classes and individuals, promote the pioneering role of the farmers, workers, intellectuals and laborers, ensure high unity in awareness, ideology and action, steadfastness in socialist goals and ideals; resolutely protect and maintain national independence and sovereignty, and stability in politics and society.
At the same time, together with member organizations, do a better job of propaganda, education, and mobilization so that the people understand, unanimously and wholeheartedly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; clearly recognize the plots and tricks of distorting, dividing, and sabotage the great national unity bloc of hostile and reactionary forces. Continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front in a practical direction, close to the people, accompanying the people, "when the people need the Front, the Front is there, when the people are in difficulty, the Front is ready".
The Congress unanimously elected 53 members to the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030. The structure, composition and quantity ensure the representation of classes, classes, ethnic groups and religions, clearly demonstrating the great national unity bloc.
Immediately after the Congress, at the First Conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Lung Commune for the 2025-2030 term unanimously elected 4 members to the Standing Committee.
