On October 1, a volunteer group of Hanoi journalists and artists led by Miss Nguyen Thi Huyen visited and presented gifts to support people affected by floods in Tan Ky and Nghia Hanh communes.
The group had the participation of singer Bang Kieu, piano artist Tuan Anh and many other artists. The group's advisor is journalist and writer Nguyen The Ky - former General Director of the Voice of Vietnam.
On this occasion, the delegation presented more than 1,000 gifts including clean mineral water, instant noodles, sausages, reed paper, medicine and many other essential necessities. The activity not only contributes to sharing difficulties but also encourages the spirit of helping people soon overcome disaster and stabilize their lives.

Consecutive storms 8, 9, 10 and floods caused by the storm have killed 19 people and many people are missing.
