Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province and 394 outstanding delegates, representing the intelligence, will, and spirit of solidarity of all classes of people in Ninh Binh province.
Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province - said: The first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province took place in the context of the political system carrying out a revolution to arrange and streamline the apparatus, implementing the model of local government at 2 levels and the model of socio-political organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front in a streamlined, effective, and efficient manner, closely linked to the people.
The Congress has the task of evaluating the results of implementing the Congress Resolution for the 2024-2029 term up to present, drawing the causes and lessons, on that basis agreeing on the direction, goals, tasks, and Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province for the 2025-2030 term.
At the same time, discuss and contribute opinions to the draft document of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031; discuss and contribute ideas to the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (amended and supplemented). The delegates agreed to send the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the first term, 2025 - 2030; the delegates agreed to send the provincial delegation to attend the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 2026 - 2031.
Previously, on the afternoon of November 27, at the first working session, the Congress consulted to elect the Presidium and the Congress Secretariat; approved the Conference's Internal Regulations and Regulations; and reported on the situation of delegates attending the Congress.
