On the afternoon of November 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province held a second conference to discuss and decide on many important contents. This is also the last conference of the Committee for the 2024-2029 term.
Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - attended and chaired the conference.
At the conference, delegates discussed democratically and unanimously approved the dossier to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term. The preparation for the Congress has been basically completed, from the content of documents, personnel to service conditions and propaganda work.
The Congress is scheduled to take place on November 24-25 at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward), with 600 delegates attending, including 400 official delegates and 200 guests.
The Presidium is expected to have 11 members, 2 Secretaries and the new Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 120 members. The conference also agreed on documents for the Congress to print documents, invitations and summon delegates.
The political report submitted to the Congress identified the theme: "Promoting the strength of great national unity; strengthening democracy and social consensus; arousing trust and the desire for innovation; building Lam Dong province to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a dynamic growth pole in the era of national growth".
The motto of action for the 2025-2030 term is: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Consensus - Development".
In her speech, Ms. Pham Thi Phuc suggested that the Standing Committee directly collect opinions, continue to review preparation, service and communication work so that the Congress can be held solemnly and successfully, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Front in the new period.
