On September 12, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel work. According to Decision No. 2193-QD/TU, dated September 11, 2025 of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, cadres will be transferred.
Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Hanh ceased to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, transferred to take up the position at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, holding the position of President of the Provincial Women's Union, term 2021-2026 from September 12, 2025.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Le Minh Ngan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Hanh is a female cadre who has received basic training, has been trained and matured, and has worked in many positions in the locality.
Mr. Le Minh Ngan also suggested that in his new position, the new President of the Vietnam Women's Union should focus on innovating the content and methods of operation of the Association organization, associated with promoting the application of technology and digital transformation; building a team of brave, intellectual, and dedicated Association officials, worthy of being a reliable support for members and women of all ethnic groups in the province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Hanh promised to work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to continue innovating the content and methods of the Union's activities; proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province to effectively implement the Union's work and the women's movement.
