Dien Bien recruits 70 civil servants in the education and training sector

Dien Bien - The Department of Home Affairs has just approved a plan to recruit 70 civil servants under the Department of Education and Training (DET) to supplement human resources for the new school year.

On July 8, the Department of Education and Training (DET) of Dien Bien province said that the Department of Home Affairs has just signed a decision approving the recruitment plan for civil servants of public service units under the Department of Education and Training with a total of 70 targets.

In which, the subjects with high recruitment include: English (16 targets), Literature (12 targets) and Math (10 targets).

Admission for subjects: History (5 targets), Geography (6 targets), Economic and Legal Education (4 targets), Information Technology (4 targets). The subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Physical Education, National Defense - Security Education, and Fine Arts each admit 2 targets. There is 1 quota for Chinese language teachers.

The Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien added that civil servants will be recruited through two rounds of selection. Specifically, round 1 checks the conditions and standards of the candidates according to the requirements of the job position. Round 2 of the specialized professional subject exam (45 minutes) aims to test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate.

The time to receive application forms is from July 9 to August 8, at the department of receiving and returning results of Dien Bien Department of Education and Training.

According to Dien Bien Education and Training, in the 2025-2026 school year, according to the needs of the whole province, there will be a shortage of 2,076 teachers. Specifically, preschools need to add 915 teachers, primary schools lack 522 teachers, secondary schools lack 406 teachers and high schools lack 233 teachers.

The provincial education sector aims to recruit all the positions assigned by competent authorities, basically overcoming the shortage of teachers. In particular, do not let the arrangement and organization of the apparatus be lacking, affecting the learning of students.
