Primary School level 104 quotas (93 teachers' quotas; 11 quotas for accountants, clerks, librarians, and student counselors).
The grassroots secondary school level has 97 quotas (91 quotas for teachers; 6 quotas for accountants, clerical, library, student counseling, equipment, testing).
Also according to the announcement of the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien, civil servants will be recruited in the form of 2 rounds of selection. Round 1 checks the conditions and standards of the candidates according to the requirements of the job position. Round 2 of the specialized professional exam aims to test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
The time to receive application forms is from September 13 to October 12, at the One-stop Department of Dien Bien Department of Education and Training Office.
Previously, in early July 2025, the Department of Home Affairs signed a decision approving the recruitment plan for civil servants of public service units under the Department of Education and Training with a quantity of 70 targets.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien, in the 2025-2026 school year, according to the needs of the whole province, there will be a shortage of 2,076 teachers. Preschool needs to add 915 teachers, primary school lacks 522 teachers, secondary school lacks 406 teachers and high school lacks 233 teachers.
