On August 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward held a launching ceremony for the City of Powerful Flowers movement for the period 2025 - 2030. At the ceremony, Binh Thanh ward introduced 4 typical works of Binh Thanh - Colors of Love and Compassion with a total value of more than 158,000,000 VND.
4 typical works include: Brilliant Flags - Flowers blooming in affection at alley 201 Nguyen Xi; Long Van cool green - Connecting the community at Long Van pagoda; School brilliant with flowers at 12-year-old kindergarten; Binh Thanh affection at Hoa Hung pagoda.
At the same time, the ward is urgently completing 2 more green areas at Le Van Tam Secondary School and Quarter 22, expected to be inaugurated on the occasion of National Day September 2, continuing to create more highlights for the urban appearance of the ward.

On the same day, the Front Working Committee of Quarter 45 and benefactors organized the program Spreading Love - Comradeship. 100 gifts with a total value of 45 million VND were given to people with disabilities, lonely elderly people and Veterans in difficult circumstances.
