On July 25, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,47 - July 27, 2025), Hue City leaders held a flower offering ceremony and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Hue City Martyrs' Cemetery.
In a solemn atmosphere, delegates laid wreaths, offered incense and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs - those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

After the ceremony, the delegation burned incense on each martyr's grave, demonstrating the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", expressing deep gratitude for the contributions of previous generations.
On the same day, the Hue City Border Guard organized an incense offering at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial room in the unit's premises. At the same time, many practical activities were implemented such as visiting and giving gifts to martyrs' families and people with meritorious services; renovating cemeteries; organizing candle-burning ceremony to pay tribute in border and coastal localities.
The activities of gratitude on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day have contributed to fostering the tradition of national morality, reminding today's generation to always remember and be grateful to those who have fallen for the Fatherland.
