In the context of a large area and diverse population, the Front focuses on innovating methods of operation, improving the quality of the activities of the Front Working Committee in residential areas, and promoting the role of a bridge between Party committees, authorities and people.
Emulation movements and campaigns chaired by the Front and socio-political organizations continue to create strong effects. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the entire system has mobilized more than 232 billion VND, supporting the construction and repair of 6,355 Great Unity houses for poor and near-poor households.
The movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration" recorded nearly 75,700 recognized topics, initiatives, works, and products, with a value of more than VND 166,783 billion.
The work of building new rural areas and developing local products has been widely implemented. To date, the whole province has 84 communes meeting new rural standards, hundreds of model residential areas, self-management models to protect the environment to operate effectively.
The movement "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" promotes domestic consumption, developing nearly 600 OCOP products with 3 stars or more, of which 5 products have reached 5 national stars...
Along with the patriotic emulation movement, honoring and praising typical advanced groups and individuals has become an important highlight. 298 outstanding examples in the fields of social life have been commended by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province, spreading a sense of responsibility, creativity, and actively contributing to the community. Those good works clearly demonstrate the new vitality of the solidarity emulation movement in the renovation period.
Speaking with reporters, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Tho province affirmed:
"The front must be truly close to the people, understand the people and rely on the people. Each movement and campaign aims to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people, creating social consensus.
The focus in the coming time is to improve the quality of supervision and social criticism, especially in areas directly related to people's lives; promote the role of the Front Working Committee in residential areas, so that people's voices are listened to, contributing to the completion of policies and guidelines. Along with that, it is necessary to pay attention to training and fostering grassroots cadres who are dedicated, capable, and truly become a bridge between the Party and the people".
In reality, the role of the Front in mobilizing social resources, supporting livelihoods, and solving difficulties for people in remote areas and ethnic minority areas is increasingly clear. Programs to eliminate temporary houses, support loans, production guidance and community livelihood models have helped many households overcome poverty and stabilize their lives.
At the same time, the proactive participation of people in building new rural areas, protecting the environment, and developing typical products shows that the Front is not only a "connecting bridge" but also a force promoting collective action.
Entering the period of 2025 - 2030, the Fatherland Front of Phu Tho province will continue to innovate methods of mobilization, improve capacity for supervision and social criticism; expand advanced livelihood support models, replicate typical examples; promote the application of information technology in management and operation.
When the grassroots Front is strong enough and close to the people, the people's heart will become the most sustainable resource, supporting all correct policies of the Party and the government to come into life, contributing to the development of Phu Tho in an increasingly comprehensive and sustainable manner.
