On July 4, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Hung Yen province held a conference to announce important decisions on the organization of the apparatus and key personnel after the merger of provincial administrative boundaries.
At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of decisions of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies on: establishing the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province; appointing the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary for the 2020-2025 term; establishing the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province; recognizing Committee members and positions in the Standing Committee.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province has 19 subordinate Party cells with 350 Party members. Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee consists of 10 departments, offices and 3 public service units. The Standing Committee has 11 members. The Committee's members include 125 people, received from the two provinces of Hung Yen and Thai Binh (old).

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - congratulated the appointed comrades, and emphasized that the Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to continue to promote its core role in building the great national unity bloc, consolidating the political foundation, and contributing to the development of the new province.
Mr. Tran Quoc Toan suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province quickly improve the organizational apparatus, issue working regulations, clearly assign people, work, responsibilities, and operate smoothly and effectively. In addition, it is necessary to proactively advise on the implementation of digital transformation, innovation of methods of operation, and grasp people's thoughts to effectively perform the role of supervision and criticism.
In particular, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level in developing grassroots associations and unions, contributing to building a government close to the people and close to the people. The officials need to make efforts to overcome difficulties in working conditions, accommodation, and travel after the merger to wholeheartedly pay attention to the new province being increasingly spacious, modern, and civilized.
