On June 29, information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Regulation No. 63-QD/TU stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province. This regulation takes effect from July 1, 2025, replacing Regulation No. 3723-QD/TU dated July 17, 2020.
Accordingly, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was established on the basis of ensuring the principle of streamlining, effective and efficient operation, in accordance with the characteristics and political tasks of the province.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to establish 10 advisory and support committees, including: Office; Organizing and Inspection Committee; Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism; Trade Union Working Committee; Farmers' Work Committee; Youth Union and Children's Work Committee; Women's Work Committee; Veterans' Work Committee; Propaganda and Social Work Committee; Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee and mass organizations.
In addition, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has 4 affiliated public service units, including: Provincial Labor Culture House, Community Support Center, Children's Cultural and Sports Center, Truong Bon Historical Site Management Board.
The leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee include 9 comrades, including the Chairman, Permanent Vice Chairmen, concurrent Vice Chairmen who are heads of provincial-level socio-political organizations and Vice Chairmen in charge of the fields and areas of work. The regulation also clearly states the task of advising, organizing, guiding, supervising, giving social criticism and coordinating the implementation of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, implementing grassroots democracy regulations.
The working relationship between the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Party committees at all levels, agencies, departments, branches at the provincial and commune levels shall comply with the relevant regulations of the Party and State and the Charter of each organization. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is a unit that coordinates work with agencies, departments and branches at the provincial and commune levels.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to coordinate with relevant agencies to guide, inspect, and urge the implementation of this regulation, synthesize reports on arising issues for timely consideration and decision.
