On June 21, the Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province organized a working program between the Standing Committee and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State.
Chairman of the Ha Trung Kien Provincial Fatherland Front Committee chaired the meeting. The program was attended by representatives of the Department of Home Affairs and mass organizations.
At the meeting, representatives of mass associations discussed and gave comments on the plan to reorganize and streamline the association at all levels. The opinions focused on difficulties and problems related to the organization of the apparatus, operating mechanisms, and policies for association officials after the reorganization.
At the same time, it is recommended that there should be specific and synchronous instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in the implementation process.
Concluding the program, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Ha Trung Kien acknowledged the responsible contributions of the delegates. At the same time, it is recommended that the Department of Home Affairs preside over and coordinate with relevant units to study and propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles. Develop specific instructions for the contents raised during the meeting, to ensure the process of arranging the festival organizations to take place effectively and in the right direction.
The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested mass organizations to report in detail on the situation of agencies, promptly report to archive, serve the activities of arranging and streamlining the association organization.
In Tuyen Quang, there are currently 21 provincial-level mass organizations assigned to the payroll and 65 district-level mass organizations.
The reorganization of the apparatus of mass associations is carried out according to Project No. 34-DA/TU of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, the provincial level will continue to maintain 21 mass organizations as at present. The district-level mass organizations will end their activities, and their functions and tasks will be transferred to the commune level.
Commune-level mass organizations are kept intact. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level will play the role of a unit, agreeing on the orientation of merging and consolidating associations operating within the scope of commune-level administrative units.
